Proprietary systems engineered for continuous operation.

A complete hardware product family designed, manufactured, and supported in-house. Distributed by architecture. Industrial by design. Engineered to live in the rooms it serves for years.

Four product families. Every endpoint in the room.

ITG's hardware product family is engineered to integrate end-to-end with the IMMERSE™ and SYNKRON™ platforms. Every unit speaks the protocol natively.

Distributed Endpoints

Show Control Nodes

Distributed endpoints for GPIO, DMX, audio, video, and sensor integration. Small, intelligent units that live where the work happens — at the speaker, projector, relay, or fixture.

  • Hot-swap and re-patch support
  • Per-channel isolation on industrial connectors
  • Watchdog recovery and automatic failover
  • Native IMMERSE & SYNKRON protocol stack
Lighting Control

Lighting Interfaces

DMX512, sACN, Art-Net, and distributed pixel mapping hardware. Speaks the full set of professional lighting protocols natively, plus proprietary luminaire integrations on the SYNKRON LX side.

  • Multi-universe DMX with isolation
  • sACN E1.31 + Art-Net 4 support
  • Time-synchronized cue dispatch
  • Distributed pixel mapping at park scale
Media Endpoints

Audio & Video Nodes

Networked playback for projection, LED walls, and immersive audio. Frame-accurate sync with the broader show clock. Built for theater-scale routing and continuous duty.

  • Frame-accurate playback with edge-blending
  • Multi-channel audio with onboard DSP
  • Pre-loaded asset cache for resilient playback
  • Time-aligned routing across distributed zones
Control Stations

Operator Consoles

Industrial touchscreen stations with live monitoring and emergency controls. The day-to-day operator surface for show, ride, and attraction control rooms.

  • Anti-glare industrial displays
  • Hardware emergency stop integration
  • Dual-network redundancy
  • Custom UI authored in IMMERSE Designer

Industrial, silent, professional.

ITG hardware looks like the equipment it lives next to — professional AV, broadcast, and industrial control gear. The aesthetic is intentional. Show racks are inspected. AV equipment lives in client-facing spaces. Hardware that feels like a hobbyist project undermines the operator.

Attribute

Aluminum Chassis

Solid extruded aluminum construction. Long service life. Professional aesthetic.

Attribute

Silent Operation

Passive thermal management. No fans. Suitable for guest-facing locations and recording-quality environments.

Attribute

Rack-Friendly

1U, 2U, and half-rack form factors. Front and rear cable access. Designed to live in standard show racks.

Attribute

Industrial Reliability

Long-life capacitors, ruggedized I/O, automotive-grade connectors. Built for continuous operation.

Attribute

Network-Native

Every node ships with dual Ethernet and full PoE+ support. PTP-grade time synchronization on every port.

Attribute

Field Serviceable

Tool-less access. Modular internals. Field-replaceable units with no specialized service equipment.

Design. Manufacture. Commission. Support.

Hardware doesn't ship and disappear. ITG carries every product end-to-end — from the first sketch through opening day and every operating year after.

01

Design

Show system design, signal flow, control architecture, and equipment specification for the project in question.

02

Manufacture

In-house manufacturing of every product line. Factory acceptance testing before any unit ships.

03

Commission

On-site installation, integration, calibration, and acceptance testing. SYNKRON DEPLOY workflows for structured commissioning.

04

Support

24/7 monitoring via SYNKRON DIAG, scheduled preventive service, remote diagnostics, and on-call response.

One operating system across the entire hardware family.

Every ITG endpoint runs the same underlying firmware — IMMERSE Node OS. The operating system handles network bring-up, time sync, protocol parsing, watchdog recovery, fault reporting, and over-the-air updates from the Runtime layer.

Operators see one platform. Engineers maintain one codebase. New node form factors plug into the same OS and the same protocol — they show up in Designer as native endpoints without bespoke driver work.
